The pay czar is unconstitutional. All of the czar's that are given power over Congress are unconstitutional. However what is really scary. While reading the Constitution it was my understanding that if the President declares a State of Emergency he doesn't need to have approval of Congress to do anything. Remember this was my understanding if that is wrong I would like to know I have asked about it no one knew for sure. I think it was in a book I was reading from the Baldwin Lib. last summer. It was the Constitution rewritten making it easier to understand. The book is recognized by The Library Of Congress. I intended to guy it before I lost the information.

I really feel that many locals are ignorant in the way I feel our government is being hijacked at this very moment. We have used our soapbox at our rally in July and plan on it again for the 22nd.
