Putting things inside mailboxes is illegal. So is attaching signs or flyers to utility poles. I don't know about the windshield wipers, though.

Why do you want to join the Tea Party?
I have experience in graphic design and an ongoing interest in politics. I am a former Cascade Township Trustee.

Although I don't believe Republicans are without fault, Democrats have clearly pushed policies that resulted in our current economic malaise. This has been exacerbated by the ongoing ineptitude of our current "Triumvirate of Evil" (Obama, Pelosi, Reid) who have totally mismanaged the economic downturn by enacting policies that mirror and complement the failed policies that got us here. It would be unfair, however, to ignore the propensity of Republicans to join with Democrats in spending money that we simply don't have in support of programs that are not authorized by our Constitution.

But how do you do that? By changing the guys making the rules that give all those people stuff for nothing. That's what the videos are about. I think if you look at the funding and where it's coming from, Unions, Unions, Unions, that is special interest, if you at least put light on it you will see why the dems and Reps. vote the same way. Just go to Michiganvotes.org and look at the votes. You can't tell a difference between the Rep and Dems except for a handful of Republicans. I'm not saying to get money out of politics. I'm saying get rid of the rules but use daylight rules so we know where the money is coming from then these votes will start to make sense to everyone.

Oh, but if you go to the site and read the questions we use to vet candidates I think you will see that they are very constitutional.

Welcome Brian. Just to kind of see what we are about please watch www.ourcaucus.com. Then if you agree with it you can join Independence Caucus. www.Icaucus.ning.com, then the Michigan group and your precinct. It is a sister group that we are using to vet candidates so we can get rid of the statists and get real conservatives into office. Also be sure to check out all the other groups and events on our site. You will find a button in the picture at the top of the page that says groups. Click it and you will see all the sub-groups we have.

It's good to have you with us.
